Environment of Care Planning
Our team operates from established processes based on our healthcare experience and consulting relationships. Embedded in these processes are the standards and training we require for all our employees and all subcontractors and suppliers with which we contract.
The focus of our training begins with an in-depth understanding of the hospital environment and our potential impact. We understand that all contractors and subcontractors are a mandatory part of instituting infection control procedures. Our senior project managers, credentialed as Certified Healthcare Constructors by the American Hospital Association, assist in Preconstruction Risk Assessments (PCRA). They help ensure both prevention and control mechanisms are present in the work environment in accordance with the Infection Control Risk Assessment (IRCA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) during the course of the project. They provide guidance and assistance to our on-site project managers in creating risk based strategies to control the following stressors: infection control, air quality, noise, vibration, noise, dust and emergency procedures.
